Return and Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted. Your return purchase must be postmarked within 5 business days of receipt and must be new and unused. Shipping and handling are not refunded.

For wedding rings, be sure to order your correct size as these are special orders. If you go to a jeweler make sure that wedding band sizers are used to determine your size (they are about ¼” thick). Thicker bands require a slightly larger size (about a ½ size larger than a thin band). If you have a ring sized that fits well and it is of similar thickness, then the ring should be measured at the leading edge. You can go to any jeweler to determine your ring size. For a fee of $10, we will even mail you special wedding ring sizers to make sure you get the correct size. We will refund your $10, when you return the ring sizers.

All wedding bands are special order to your specifications and can not be returned or exchanged, unless specified in the item description. Thus, it is important to take the time and make sure that you have the correct size when ordering wedding bands! To that end, we offer a ring sizing service to ensure you order the correct size.
