Shipping & Payment Policies
Payment Policy: Payments must be received within 10 days of purchase. MasterCard and Visa (via Paypal), Paypal, personal checks, e-checks, and money orders are accepted. Our online payment security system is powered by the most trusted name in online payment, PayPal. This online payment system allows you to pay securely using your credit card, or with other electronic payment methods. International payments must be received in U.S. funds (no foreign currency personal checks or money orders). Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.

U.S. Shipping Costs: Total shipping, insurance, and handling costs for U.S. packages (with the exception of rings and glassware above 2 glasses) is a fixed rate of $ 8.95 (insurance coverage up to $100 in accordance with USPS Priority Mail policies). For rings and most glassware (4 to 6 glasses), total shipping, insurance, and handling is a fixed rate of $12.95 (for larger glassware orders, email for shipping rates). All Virginia residents must pay 5% sales tax. For multiple items, shipping costs will only be $2 for each additional item.

International Shipping Costs: Shipping for international packages is charged at a fixed rate of $19 per package and are shipped Global Priority Mail (with the exception of rings and glassware). Email for international rates for rings and glassware (for more than 2 glasses). For multiple items, shipping costs will only be $2 for each additional item. Although Global Priority Mail is normally relatively quick (1 to 2 weeks), packages can be held up in customs so allow extra time for shipping (delivery times can range from 1 to 4 weeks). If tracking on international packages indicates it has not been delivered within 4 weeks, we will replace the item 1 time. Unless directed by the customer, we will mark international packages as “gifts”. In any event, if customs insist on payment of duty fees, that is the responsibility of the buyer. Glassware items are only shipped to the U.S. and Canada.

Ring Sizing Service: For wedding bands we offer a ring sizing service for $10 where we will mail you special wedding band sizers (which is refundable upon return of the ring sizers). For wedding bands it is important that you order the correct size because we do not accept returns or exchanges on special order items. Unlike other internet or mail order companies, we offer a ring sizing service which is even better than a jeweler store to ensure that you get the correct size. We will send you a range of special ring sizers that you can wear through the day (as opposed to a second in the jewelry store) and guidance that will ensure a perfect fit. We offer this service for $10, but we will refund your $10 when you mail the sizers back to us. You can also get your ring sized at a jeweler for free and we will provide you with special instructions (for free) to ensure that the correct size is purchased.

Shipping Schedule: Most items are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail in the United States and Global Priority Mail for worldwide shipments. With the exception of all rings and table linens, items are normally shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. All rings are custom orders and should be received within 4 weeks after the ring size and full payment are received. Table linens are special orders that take 2 to 3 weeks for shipping. Because this is an international import business, shipping delays can occur which are beyond our control. Glassware items are only shipped to the U.S. and Canada.

Insurance: Insurance is required for all shipments. Although, no insurance is available for Global Priority Mail Worldwide Shipping, we self insure our international orders up to a value of $100 for each package. Wedding rings over $300 USD can not be shipped Priority Mail, but must be shipped via UPS or another service with full insurance coverage (e-mail for international rates).
